A rustic 12'4" x 12'4" cabin sits on the land, clad in pine clapboard with vinyl windows, an asphalt roof, and a charming deck. Inside, a tiny loft with a futon offers cozy sleeping space, though the cabin is uninsulated. A privy is on-site, but there's no water hookup. Four power poles are installed but not connected. Just a short drive from Petite Rivière and LaHave, where you'll find charming shops, eateries, and the beloved LaHave Bakery. With Crescent and Rissers beaches nearby and Lunenburg within easy reach via the LaHave Ferry, this island retreat is the perfect off-grid escape. Access by boat only.
