Thinking of doing some farming or maybe you may want a campground. It would be a great place for cottages. There are so many things that you could do there. You could put your boat in the river there and go down to Tata, or keep going to the warm beaches of the Atlantic. Just a short drive to go skiing. There is also great fishing in the river an area.
